Flight AI LLC offers customized AI solutions based on the ChatGPT API, tailored to meet your specific business needs. After a discovery call, we assess eligibility and provide access to our AI platform for usage based on a prepaid account balance.
3. Pricing & Payment

  You will be charged based on the number of tokens processed by the AI.
  Your account must be loaded in advance to access our AI services. No usage is allowed if your account balance is insufficient.
  Payments are processed securely via Stripe. We do not store any sensitive payment information.

4. Refunds & Dispute Resolution

There will be no refunds for unused credits or services. If you have any issues or concerns with the service, please contact us directly, and we will assist in resolving the problem. No formal dispute resolution procedures are available.
5. Third-Party Services

We rely on the ChatGPT API to provide our AI solutions. We are not liable for any interruptions or errors caused by third-party services. If such issues arise, please report them to us, and we will work with the provider to address them.
6. Account Responsibility

You are responsible for maintaining an active balance on your account to access our services. If your balance runs out, access to the AI platform will be paused until further funds are added.
7. No Data Collection

We do not collect or store any data from your use of our services, except for the account balance and financial details managed by Stripe.
8. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms at any time, and continued use of our services after any changes indicates acceptance.
